Monograms are executed exactly as entered in your order form. Apnimarzika cannot be held responsible for customer typographical errors, incorrect initial sequences, or low-resolution image files submitted by the customer.

The Marzi Configurator renders digital previews on screen. Please note:
- Color Shades: Screen brightness and RGB display settings may cause minor hue variations compared to physical fabric dyes or anodized metals.
- Laser Engraving Texture: Laser oxidation on stainless steel and aluminum produces natural, authentic metallic contrasts.

5How to Claim Monogram Guarantee
If your customized order arrives defective or incorrect:
- Take clear photos/unboxing video showing the monogram error or physical defect.
