1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, downloading, or placing orders through Apnimarzika, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Monogram Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must refrain from using our application and website services.
2Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Apnimarzika operates as an e-commerce platform offering custom, personalized, and made-to-order lifestyle products (including customized wireless audio gear, monogrammed streetwear, athletic sneakers, stainless shakers, and custom fitness fuel).
- Orders enter custom manufacturing, engraving, or printing immediately after payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for reviewing all custom text, initial spellings, and uploaded image quality prior to order submission.
3Account Registration & Account Security
When creating an account on Apnimarzika, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete mobile phone numbers and delivery details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices listed on Apnimarzika are expressed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Gateways
Payments are processed securely via RBI-approved payment infrastructure (Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards).
Order Confirmation
An order is considered binding once payment is authorized and a confirmation SMS/email is issued.
5User Submissions & Content Guidelines
By uploading text, logos, or images for customization, you warrant that you own or possess the necessary licenses and rights to use such content.
You may NOT submit material that infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights, or content that is obscene, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful. Apnimarzika reserves the right to cancel orders containing prohibited content.
6Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on custom production lead times and shipping destination. While we work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, Apnimarzika is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier disruptions, incorrect customer addresses, or force majeure events.
7Cancellation & Defect Replacement Policy
Personalized & Custom Items: Custom-engraved, printed, or made-to-order goods cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced.
Manufacturing Defect Guarantee: If your item arrives physically damaged or contains a manufacturing spelling error caused by our production team, we offer a 100% Free Replacement Guarantee. Customers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
8Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Apnimarzika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product usage or service interruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
